Ecobean is owned by Trish Dion and Justin Cruz in South Burlington, VT. Their yerba mate and kombucha beverages have been a popular staple at our account at the University of Vermont. In 2024, they developed a local marinara sauce that quickly became a staple in accounts all across the state. This marinara project is a great example of working together to fill a gap in the local supply chain.

Champlain Orchards was founded in 1998 by Bill Suhr and is located in Shoreham, Vermont. The orchard is Eco-Certified and grows over 175 varieties of apples, peaches, pears, plums, cherries, nectarines, and berries. Their apples, cider donuts, and apple cider are fall staples that can be found year-round in our accounts at UVM, Champlain College, and Saint Michael's College.

Located in South Burlington, Vermont, Sherpa Foods is owned and operated by Nurbu Sherpa and his family. Since its founding in 2015, the company has specialized in traditional Nepalese cuisine, including popular handmade momos.
